Return Policy

• We only accept items in as new condition. If you installed or otherwise used it, it’s yours.  
• All sales on custom made items are final.  We can't be restocking your custom bag, who else is gunna want a yellow and maroon sack except you?
• Returns must be made within 30 days.
• Buyer (that’s you) pays return shipping.  
• Any discounts/sale prices or free shipping will be deducted from your return.
• Email us before starting any return to make sure your item is eligible. Items bought from our stockists should be returned to said stockist, not directly to us.

Note: We do not accept junked merchandise. And we reserve the right to impose up to a 100% restocking fee for BS claims, JRA nonsense, or jerky behavior.  We’re incredibly reasonable, but don’t be pushy.
