Shipping

We ship as fast as possible.  That doesn't necessarily mean if you place an order Monday it goes out Tuesday.  We ask that you allow 48-72 hours for us send you your Fifth Season stuff.

Stocking: We try to keep most things on hand, but let's be honest, there are 110 color combos possible for a Squall Sack.  We don't have all of those on hand, premade. We're not Amazon, and frankly, we wouldn't want to be. If something's out of stock, we'll make it for you. 99% of the time we will note up front if there is going to be a delay.  

Delivery Blues: Porch pirates are real, folks. If you live in a sketchy zone, let us know and we'll make sure your package needs a signature. Alternatively, ship it to work, a friend's place, or even a bike shop (we might even send them some treats!). We can't afford to replace your stolen sack, no matter how idyllic your neighborhood seems.

Double-Check That Address: We're not mind-readers (yet). Make sure your shipping info is accurate to avoid delays and extra fees. We ship internationally too, but email us for a quote – website estimates are, well, let's just say optimistic. Remember, customs fees are on you, not us.

TL;DR: We're not perfect, but we'll do our best to get you what you need. Communicate clearly, double-check your info, and trust us, your bag will be worth the wait.
